The Science

The source others overlooked.

The endometrium renews itself every cycle, which makes it an unusually rich, naturally-derived source of secreted components. Its cells carry a broad, coordinated secretome, and we capture it, cell-free, as our conditioned media.

§ 01 · How it's made

From source to conditioned media.

What we capture is our conditioned media: the cell’s secreted signals, cell-free, not the cells themselves.

The cell-free conditioned media harvested as the finished output.

§ 02 · Why conditioned media

Why we capture the whole composition.

Cells release a rich mix of secreted proteins, peptides and vesicles into the media around them. That mix, not the cells, is what we collect.

Most actives isolate one molecule from a mix like this and discard the rest. We keep the composition whole and characterise it, so what’s in the bottle is the full, naturally-derived set of components rather than a single purified fraction.

Our conditioned media is that captured composition: what the cells make, without the cells.

The cell

Releases a coordinated mix of secreted components.

The signal

Secreted proteins, peptides and vesicles.

The conditioned media

Those components, captured cell-free. What the cells make, without the cells.

§ 03 · The comparison

Complete, where others are partial.

Most actives on the market are a single isolated molecule, often lab-synthesised. Ours is the whole, naturally-derived conditioned media, characterised and captured across its full range of secreted components. This is a composition and quality comparison, what’s in it and how it’s made, not a claim about any finished product.

§ 04 · The signature

A distinctive compositional profile.

Our own protein-level profiling shows a TGF-β3-forward profile in the conditioned media. We report this as a compositional feature of the ingredient, a description of what the conditioned media contains, not a claim about what any finished product does.

§ 05 · The composition

Characterised across the whole secretome.

Complete means the whole signal is preserved and characterised, not a single isolated fraction. We profile it across its full range, from the smallest soluble components to larger vesicles.

§ 06 · The components

One source. A characterised composition.

Our complete conditioned media carries many secreted components together. We characterise them as part of lot release. Tap any one to see what it is.

{{ selected.desc }}

Every component, characterised cell-free, a description of the ingredient’s composition.

§ 07 · What complete means

One source. The whole conversation.

The endometrium’s secretome is unusually broad: many secreted components, characterised and captured together, rather than one molecule in isolation. Completeness plus consistency is the point, the whole set of signals a cell sends, captured cell-free and fully characterised.

§ 08 · The standard

Built to a rigorous quality standard.

Every lot is characterised and lot-tested, so formulators and consumers can have confidence in what’s inside. Our approach is characterisation-led, we’d rather show the data than make a claim.

We run a documented donor eligibility and screening program, and every donor is health-screened and consented.

Donor screening

Screened and consented donors, documented.

Documented QMS

A formal, documented quality management system.

Lot-release testing

Identity, composition & particle characterisation on every batch.

Per-lot consistency

Mass spec / ELISA / NTA plus safety screening.

Formulators build the finished product and own its claims. Consumers meet it in the brands we partner with.
